Caulfield Village Marketing Suite

A marketing facility designed to be viewed in the round with a focus on keeping it flexible to be able to best represent the varied and changing products to be marketed for this major urban transformation project. This building was constructed as a modular prefabricated structure able to be dismantled and relocated as the various stages of the development is released. The simple black box was taken to the next level with the application of black alucobond panels and glazed sections.
