Nelson Place

The masterplanning for the transformation of a large industrial site to an integrated residential development for approximately 650 dwellings involved sensitive interfaces incorporating the local historic buildings and streetscapes. Stage 1 comprises of 140 apartments and townhouses, designed with a contemporary interpretation empathetic with the industrial legacy of the precinct.
